Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Chennai. You will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models in Revit, developing architectural drawings and construction drawings, and preparing submittals for a wide variety of projects. Examples are large private luxury estates, office buildings, commercial high end spaces…. Daily tasks will include collaborating with project teams, render teams, and external consultants - ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of design documentation.QualificationsExpertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)Proficiency in creating Architectural and Construction DrawingsExperience in preparing and managing SubmittalsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work in office in Chennai or MumbaiBachelor's degree in ArchitectureExperience with international projects is a plus
