Palampur, Himachal Pradesh (on-site) | Full-time | Salary:40k NegotiableWe're a boutique spiritual wellness retreat in the Dhauladhar foothills, and we're looking for someone to own our entire social media and content function — not just post, but lead it.What you'll doOwn the full social calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook — strategy, planning, publishing, and performanceLead and manage the in-house content team (shooters, editors, coordinators) — assign work, review output, hold deadlinesShoot on location: reels, guest stories, wellness sessions, property and nature footageEdit video end-to-end (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut) — reels, YouTube long-form, podcast cutsBuild and run the content pipeline: monthly plan → shoot schedule → edit → publish → reportTrack reach, engagement, saves,
