Job Description Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | Gurgaon
We are looking for an experienced CFO for a Gurgaon-based listed company.
Key Requirements:

14+ years of overall experience in Finance & Accounts
Strong experience managing end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations
Proven experience working directly with the Founder/Promoter
Strong experience in a founder-driven setup, partnering closely with the Founder on business and financial decisions
Strong expertise in financial strategy, controllership, MIS, taxation, compliance, budgeting & business finance
Experience in a listed company preferred
Candidate should be based in Gurgaon/Gurugram or willing to relocate

CTC: Up to ₹1 Cr | Versatile for the right candidate
