Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Mulshi. The Sales Engineer will manage the full sales cycle for technical products, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and preparing proposals tailored to customer requirements.



Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical explanations of features and advantages, and collaborating with internal engineering and production teams to address customer specifications. The role involves offering front-line technical support to customers, resolving product-related queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, prepare sales reports and forecasts, support pricing and negotiation activities, and contribute to market feedback for product improvement.
Qualifications

Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and explain complex concepts clearly.
