Role Description The Sales Manager role Arraystorm Lighting at RR Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, Chennai & Hyderabad location. The Sales Manager will lead regional sales activities,



including developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer accounts, and driving revenue growth for the assigned product lines. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and institutional clients, as well as identifying recent business opportunities and market segments. The Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, prepare regular forecasts and reports, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities also include conducting market research, participating in negotiations, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
5 to 10 yrs of
strong sales and business development skills, including experience in B2B or industrial product sales, preferably in the electrical or related industries.
