Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Factory Manager role based in Mumbai. The Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring resource utilization to meet output and cost targets.



The role involves implementing continuous improvement initiatives, solving operational issues, and guiding factory staff to maintain high performance and discipline. The Factory Manager will also prepare operational reports and support senior management with data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Strong production planning and production management skills to coordinate schedules and meet manufacturing targets.
Experience in quality control and operations management to ensure consistent product standards and efficient workflows.
Hands-on background in manufacturing operations, ideally within chemical or process industries.
Knowledge of industrial safety practices, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to factory operations.
