Role Description The Regional Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagercoil. The Regional Manager will oversee branch operations within the region, ensuring achievement of business targets for home loans, loans against property, and business loans, while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.



Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch and field teams, driving customer acquisition and relationship management, and monitoring sales, collections, and service standards. The role involves analyzing regional performance, implementing effective business strategies, and coordinating with central functions such as credit, risk, and operations. The Regional Manager will also focus on market development in semi-urban and rural areas, strengthening partnerships, and upholding ethical practices and customer-centric service.
Qualifications

Proven experience in retail finance or housing finance, with exposure to home loans, loans against property, or small business lending.
Robust team leadership and people management skills, including experience supervising branch or regional teams.
Ability to drive sales performance while maintaining portfolio quality, risk control, and regulator
