About the Role

PrepNxt is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with prospective students and working professionals, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable learning programs, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Understand candidates’ career goals,



requirements and learning needs.
• Explain PrepNxt courses, programs, learning paths and career opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with interested and qualified leads.
• Convert leads into course enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with prospective learners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
