? Experience: 3+ Years | FnV / Quick Commerce / FMCG
We are looking for a hands-on, responsible & ownership-driven DC Manager to manage our complete Fresh Fruits & Vegetables Distribution Centre.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end DC operations: Inward → QC → Sorting → Storage → Picking → Packing → Dispatch
Team handling, manpower planning & shift management
Control wastage, shrinkage, damages & product rejection
Maintain inventory accuracy, freshness & quality
Drive cost cutting, productivity & operational efficiency
Ensure timely dispatch and Quick Commerce SLA adherence
Monitor labour, inventory & operational costs
Daily MIS, KPI tracking & performance improvement
Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics & Business teams
