Associate and Senior Associate – Chamber One | New Delhi

Chamber One is a Current Delhi-based law firm advising and representing individuals, businesses and institutions across a broad range of legal matters.

Our practice spans dispute resolution and litigation, corporate and commercial advisory, transactions, employment, intellectual property and regulatory matters. We regularly represent clients before courts, tribunals and arbitral forums, while also advising on commercial arrangements, contracts, transactions and day-to-day legal and strategic issues.

The firm works across contentious and non-contentious matters, giving our lawyers exposure to both litigation and commercial advisory work. We place particular emphasis on high-quality drafting, strategic thinking, responsiveness and providing practical, commercially oriented advice to clients.

Role
The Associate will work across the firm’s dispute resolution, commercial advisory and transactional practice.



The role will involve independently handling matters, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, developing case strategy, and interacting directly with clients.
What we are looking for

4 of post-qualification experience for a senior associate and fresher -1/2 years for an associate
Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
Experience in dispute resolution and/or general corporate and commercial matters
Ability to independently manage matters and take ownership of deliverables
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Commercially minded and detail-oriented approach
