Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients of Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role includes serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client business goals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of digital marketing and web development solutions. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting regular check-ins and review meetings, addressing client queries and concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. The Client Relationship Manager will track project progress, manage expectations, and prepare reports and presentations that demonstrate performance, value, and ROI.
