Role Description This is a full-time, Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will lead regional sales activities, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base within the dental materials market. Responsibilities include overseeing a sales team, setting and monitoring performance targets, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and ensuring solid customer relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.



The role also involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, participating in industry events, and supporting product introductions to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including account management and negotiation, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Experience in team leadership and people management, including coaching, performance monitoring, and collaborative goal setting.
Competence in market analysis, forecasting, and reporting, with the ability to use CRM and basic analytics tools effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills for engaging dental professionals, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
