Role Description
This is a full-time in office role based in Jamshedpur for a Warehouse Executive cum Account Assistant. The responsibilities include managing warehouse operations such as inventory control, packing, and overseeing warehouse management processes.



The role also entails providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication within the team and with customers to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Warehouse Management, including inventory control and process efficiency improvements.
Experience in Packing and organizing goods with attention to detail.
Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers effectively.
Customer Service skills to address queries and maintain client satisfaction.
Experience in basic accounting and administrative tasks is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Knowledge of industry-specific tools and processes is a plus.
