✅ Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering and architecture experience
• Deep expertise in Python
• Solid technical leadership or engineering management experience

• Strong Cloud Security knowledge
• Hands-on CI/CD ecosystem experience




• Complete technical ownership of system architecture, performance, and security
• Experience performing secure code reviews
• Ability to mentor engineers and provide creative technical direction
• Upper-intermediate English communication skills

? What You'll Do

• Lead a localized cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists
• Ensure continuous feature momentum across a 24-hour delivery cycle
• Facilitate seamless shift hand-offs with peer leads across multiple time zones
• Oversee ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning workstreams
• Act as the primary regional escalation point for technical challenges
• Perform secure code reviews and provide technical guidance
• Guide infrastructure architecture and ensure system structural integrity, performance, and security
