Role Description

This is a full-time, in office position for an Operations & Guest Coordinator based in Arcot. The role involves managing daily operational tasks, ensuring a smooth guest experience, and coordinating events or schedules at the resort. Responsibilities include overseeing operational efficiency, providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring that all processes align with the resort's standards.



The Operations & Guest Coordinator will also act as a key point of contact for the resort guests and staff to ensure seamless communication and a welcoming environment.
Qualifications

Strong Operational Management and Administrative Assistance skills to oversee daily processes and manage scheduling proficiency.
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a welcoming and supportive experience for guests and team members.
Proven Analytical Skills for problem-solving and effective decision-making in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting while effectively managing priorities.
Experience in hospitality or fitness-related industries is a plus.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and knowledge of operational tools or software.
Flexibility to work in an on-site role and adapt to changing schedules or operational needs.
