About the Role -
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Billing to oversee billing, quantity verification, reconciliation, contractor/vendor payments and commercial documentation for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in construction billing, rate analysis, BOQ, BBS, contracts and reconciliation, with sound knowledge of applicable IS Codes.
Key Responsibilities -
- Control, review and verify contractor/vendor bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved BOQs, work orders and contractual terms.




- Verify billed quantities against actual executed quantities and ensure accurate quantities are considered for payments to SC/PRW/contractors.
- Review and reconcile billed quantities vs. quantities paid to identify discrepancies and prevent overbilling.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of materials received, consumed and accounted for at project sites.
- Prepare and review RA Bills, Final Bills, Material Reconciliation Statements and Quantity Reconciliation Statements.
- Verify measurements, MBs, site records and supporting documents before processing bills.
- Coordinate with Project, QS, Contracts, Procurement, Finance and Site teams for timely bill certification and
