Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role located in Howrah. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, creating and publishing engaging content, and managing daily posting schedules. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and respond to audience interactions to build brand awareness and community engagement. The role also includes collaborating with design and content teams,



staying updated on social media trends, and aligning social initiatives with broader marketing goals.
Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning and platform management.
Experience with Social Media Optimization (SMO) and performance tracking across channels.
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy for different audiences.
Excellent Writing and Communication skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
Knowledge of analytics tools and basic reporting to evaluate social media performance.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage.
