Role Description The Account Specialist is a volunteer, remote role focused on supporting learners and partners across Outcome School’s programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing participant accounts, responding to inquiries,



and ensuring a positive experience for learners throughout their training journey. The role involves tracking learner engagement and progress, addressing basic finance-related questions about stipends or program-related expenses, and escalating complex issues when needed. The Account Specialist will maintain accurate records, coordinate with program staff and mentors, and help strengthen relationships with partner organizations. This position requires consistent communication via email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings to provide timely, high-quality support.
