Role Description The Senior Odoo Functional Consultant role is a full-time remote position responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations for multiple clients. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements,



designing and configuring Odoo modules, mapping and optimizing business processes, and preparing functional specifications for the technical team. The consultant will conduct workshops, user training, and UAT sessions, while providing ongoing functional support and guidance to ensure successful adoption. This role also involves collaborating with stakeholders across departments, advising on best practices, and coordinating with project managers and developers to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions.

Qualifications
Approximately 4+ years of Odoo functional consulting / implementation experience.
Strong hands-on Odoo Accounting experience.
Lead and support end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
Conduct client discovery sessions and requirement workshops.
Understand existing business processes and recommend improved workflows using Odoo.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents and functional specifications.
