Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Account / Campaign Coordinator to join our Retail Media Operations team. In this role, you will serve as the engine powering end-to-end coordination for multi-channel advertising campaigns across digital and physical retail environments.

You will work directly with CPG brands, agency partners, sales leads,



and internal cross-functional teams on omnichannel campaigns—spanning Onsite, Offsite, In-Store, Print, and Event channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordination with multiple stakeholders and serve as the primary operational contact for campaign intake, collecting creative briefs, target SKU lists, assets, and tracking links from brand/agency partners.

Manage production schedules and asset delivery timelines across five key channels:

Onsite: Display banners

Offsite: Audience segment delivery for programmatic, social, and CTV channels.

In-Store: Flight schedules for digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens and smart cart placements.

Print: Artwork approvals and production coordination for weekly circulars and direct mailers.

Events: Logistics, inventory sync, and collateral distribution for in-store activations and brand pop-ups.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:
