Role Description The Import Export Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations for pharmaceutical and wellness products. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating import logistics, preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, ensuring regulatory and customs compliance, and tracking shipments to meet timelines. The role involves communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents,



and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth cross-border operations. The Import Export Executive will handle customer service inquiries related to international shipments, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement of processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications

Solid import and export operations skills, including experience with Import and Export procedures and documentation.
Knowledge of import logistics, customs regulations, and international shipping practices.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve shipment-related issues, and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
