Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-family maintenance experience is required
HVAC/EPA certifications Type I and 11 or Universal for refrigerant recycling is required.
CPO certification is preferred
Elevated level of proficiency in arithmetic, written, and verbal communications skills
