Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner / Technical Program Manager to drive Design Services program(s)– covering the Component Engineering Team Product Owner role and driving overall POD (Product Oriented Delivery) Program success while driving Productivity workstreams – and to personally build the AI/workflow automation.



The individual should be able to drive DS vision of fused, three-part profile: Build (Python/.NET, RPA, AI/LLM integration, API/MCP-first architecture); Product Owner mindset - outcome-driven backlog, Agile PI cadence, and Knowledge or awareness of component/material engineering domain depth ( ERP/PLM, data flows) so the automation is trustworthy at Design Services' quality bar.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Product Owner role for the Component Engineering Team and drive overall POD (Product Oriented Delivery) success – running an outcome-driven backlog, Agile PI cadence, and SLA execution.
Personally build the AI/workflow automation behind the POD – Python/.NET development, RPA, and AI/LLM integration on an API/MCP-first architecture – rather than only specifying requirements for others to build.
Drive part-maintenance and lifecycle passthrough automation progressing E2E passthrough toward FY27 exit targets.
