Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Sales & marketing strategy development and implementation in India
- Service existing and develop opportunities with new customers
- Price analysis and contract negotiation and management.
- Direct analysis and reporting of sales planning and budgeting.
- Create recent business opportunities, develop current accounts to satisfy business growth
needs while maintaining existing customer market share.
- Good communication internally for aligning sales strategy, product availability, sales
process, and business finance etc.
- Support in defining strategies to increase the market share and build a stronger company presence in the industry.




- Collaborate with Technical team & other regional personnel to resolve technical issues raised by customers.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Post Graduate in Chemistry ;
- Min. 3 years experience in PUD(Polyurethane dispersion) Industry;
- Knowledge in downstream industry such as printing inks, leather finishing, wood coatings and industrial coatings is a must;
- Self motivated with result driven attitude;
- Occasional Oversea travel covering South East Asia would be needed.
