Role Description The Associate Consultant will work full time on-site in Patna, supporting the delivery of skilling and career development programs. This role involves coordinating training schedules, liaising with candidates and institutional partners, and ensuring smooth implementation of learning modules.



The Associate Consultant will assist in candidate engagement, counseling, and placement support, including data collection, documentation, and reporting on program outcomes. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams on process improvements, maintaining accurate records in organizational systems, and contributing to outreach activities to expand program reach. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to learner success and client satisfaction.
