Role Description The Director of Performance Marketing at ICONIQA Hotels & Resorts is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to drive direct bookings, revenue growth, and brand awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing performance marketing campaigns (search, social, display,



programmatic, and metasearch), managing budgets, optimizing bidding strategies, and monitoring key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. The Director will collaborate closely with sales, revenue management, brand marketing, and operations to align campaigns with occupancy goals, seasonal demand, and new property openings. The role also involves leading vendor and agency relationships, championing marketing analytics and experimentation, and presenting performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Strategic marketing planning skills, including Market Planning and Marketing Management, with a track record of building and scaling performance marketing programs.
Strong foundational Marketing skills supported by Market Research expertise to understand customer behavior, segment audiences, and refine messaging.
