We are looking for an experienced Media Strategy & Planning Manager to lead integrated digital media planning and execution that drives brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in digital media strategy, campaign optimization, and stakeholder management, with experience in the B2B SaaS industry.

Minimum Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Media Strategy & Planning.
/n
- Experience managing both performance marketing (Lead Generation/eCommerce) and brand campaigns .
/n
- Strong understanding of the Indian digital media landscape , platforms, and consumer behavior within the B2B SaaS industry.
/n
- Hands-on experience with digital media planning tools, ad tech platforms, and analytics/reporting solutions.
/n
- Proven experience developing integrated media strategies across Search, Social, Programmatic, Display, and Video channels.
/n
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
/n




- Experience managing multiple campaigns and cross-functional stakeholders.
/n
- Prior agency experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, and success metrics.

- Develop integrated digital media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
/n
- Recommend the optimal media mix and investment strategy across digital channels.
/n
- Leverage consumer insights, market research, competitive intelligence, and historical performance to inform media planning.
/n
- Translate media strategies into actionable plans with defined KPIs and measurement frameworks.
/n
- Collaborate with media agencies and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns from planning through delivery.
/n
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to maximize efficiency, ROI, and business outcomes.
