We're Hiring | Senior BIM Modeller — Architecture & Facade | Ahmedabad (On-site) | Full time | 2–5 years

BIM Tree LLP delivers BIM and facade shop drawing packages for consultants, contractors and fabricators across the GCC, USA and India.

/n

We're looking for a Senior BIM Modeller who can own a package end-to-end — model it, document it, check it, and stand behind it when the consultant comments come back.

/n

What you'll do

/n

/n
- Own architectural and facade models through LOD 300 → LOD 400
/n
- Produce facade shop drawing packages: panel layouts, marking plans, sections, typical and interface details
/n
- Detail bracket and anchor arrangements, slab edge conditions, parapets, stack and movement joints
/n
- Reconcile panel schedules, BOQ and layouts — and catch the mismatches before the client does
/n
- Run coordination and clash checks in Navisworks; raise and track RFIs
/n
- Set up sheet sets, revision control and issue-ready PDF exports
/n
- Self-QC your own package against the drawing standard before it leaves the office
/n




- Guide and review the work of junior modellers
/n

/n

What we're looking for

/n

/n
- B.Arch / Diploma in Civil or Architecture
/n
- 2–5 years of hands-on BIM production experience
/n
- Strong Revit skills — families, parameters, schedules, sheet management
/n
- Experience with facade / curtain wall shop drawings is a major plus
/n
- Comfortable reading specifications, IFC architectural drawings and consultant mark-ups
/n
- Exposure to international standards and workflows (GCC / US projects preferred)
/n
- Someone who asks the right question early instead of modelling the wrong thing for two weeks
/n

Bonus points for Dynamo • Navisworks • Inventor/SolidWorks exposure • NFPA 285 / fire-stop detailing awareness • BIM 360 / ACC • Client-facing coordination experience
