Develop a solid understanding of the platform, products, and services to guide customers effectively and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs, helping them optimize workflows, and supporting successful product adoption.
Troubleshoot customer concerns and technical issues, applying strong problem-solving skills to identify practical and timely resolutions.
Manage escalations by identifying complex issues, coordinating with the appropriate internal teams, and maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the resolution process.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and other teams to resolve customer challenges and improve service delivery.
