What a typical day look like:
Environmental Compliance is responsible for supporting the organization's global environmental compliance programs by ensuring products, materials, and manufacturing processes comply with applicable environmental regulations and customer requirements.
This role involves managing team members who are involved in collecting supplier compliance data collection, risk assessment,



and reporting activities related to regulations such as RoHS, REACH, PFAS, TSCA, SCIP, IMDS, CMRT, EMRT, and other emerging environmental standards.
Monitor and interpret global environmental regulations and customer-specific compliance requirements. Assess the impact of new and revised regulations on products, materials, and business operations.Support implementation of compliance programs for regulations including:RoHS, REACH, SCIP, TSCA, PFAS, Proposition 65, IMDS/GADSL, IEC 62474, Conflict Minerals (CMRT) Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT)
Manage supplier outreach and compliance data collection activities.Review and validate supplier declarations, certificates, Full Material Declarations (FMD), and compliance reports.Drive closure of supplier compliance gaps and ensure timely responses.Maintain supplier compliance databases and documentation repositories.
