About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Key Account Manager who can independently manage strategic hospital and healthcare clients, drive business operations, and deliver measurable growth across digital and performance marketing channels.
The ideal candidate should combine hospital client management, business operations, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and team coordination. This role requires strong ownership of client relationships, operational delivery, revenue performance, campaign outcomes, and overall account growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hospital Client & Key Account Management
Own relationships with key hospital chains, healthcare groups, clinics, and healthcare stakeholders.
Act as the primary SPOC for assigned hospital accounts.
Understand hospital business objectives, patient acquisition requirements, and operational challenges.
Conduct regular client reviews, presentations, business updates,



and performance discussions.
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and revenue growth.
2. Business Operations & Account Ownership
Take end-to-end ownership of day-to-day operations for assigned hospital accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams including Performance Marketing, Patient Support, Operations, Creative, Technology, and Data teams.
Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, lead flow, conversions, revenue, and service quality.
Build and maintain SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Ensure deliverables, SLAs, timelines, and business targets are consistently achieved.
3. Google Ads & Meta Ads
Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for hospital and healthcare clients.
