Aladdin Portfolio Management Engineering is a global team of passionate product engineers who are on a mission to build out a next generation platform of persona based, workflow driven experience with horizontally scalable & modular architecture.
Responsibilities:
Actively contributing to Technical Design Deployment Readiness Reviews, Core Reviews and the whole PDLC.
Accelerate productivity with an AI-enabled PDLC with a solid focus on quality & resiliency.
Provide operational excellence to our clients with production support with an “SRE” mindset.
Influence and mentor other engineers in the team, raising the bar on technical excellence.
Collaborate in a global, multi-office environment, aligning teams across geographies around shared architectural vision.




Champion a strong engineering culture grounded in continuous learning and optimizing to best practices such as DORA.
Build domain and technical context quickly and translate that into specifications, plans and actionable Agile backlogs.
Qualifications:
• B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 8+ years of proven experience
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience operating as a Senior Engineer or Team Lead, defining and owning technical direction across initiatives with Agile Practices such as Lean or Scaled Agile.
A proven foundation in modern languages such Core Java and UI technologies such as React & Angular.
Demonstrated ability to act as a work definer at scale: shaping ambiguous problem spaces into well-structured initiatives, clear architectural runways, and executable delivery plans.
