As an Implementation Project Specialist, you will help clients navigate seamless onboarding and implementation journeys across Employer of Record and Managed Services solutions. You will serve as a key client contact, coordinating projects from initial setup through successful go-live. The role combines project coordination, stakeholder management, technology implementation, and client communication in a global environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners across payroll, HR and advantages, accounting, and entity management. By proactively managing timelines, risks, deliverables, and communications, you will help create a smooth and reliable client experience. Accountabilities:
Welcome and guide clients through products, services,



implementation processes, and onboarding activities.
Own implementation projects by maintaining project plans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and regular status updates.
Coordinate onboarding activities across internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Support Employer of Record and simple Managed Services implementations across payroll, HR and benefits, accounting, and entity management.
Coordinate technology setup and provide platform training to clients to support successful adoption.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues when appropriate.
Maintain accurate go-live forecasts and provide proactive, timely communication to clients throughout the implementation journey.
