RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and develop backend services using Java as part of Connect / XLerate delivery
Build and maintain APIs and service logic that power automations, communications,



and related Connect product features
Work with SQL and relational data as needed for feature delivery
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and testers to ship reliable increments
Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of our delivery practices
Work with an energized, fun, friendly and customer-focused cross-functional team
Use cutting edge Agile & Lean ways of working underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field exp. preferred
2+ years of experience building backend services with Java / JVM
Experience designing and maintaining APIs and service-oriented backends
Solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Delivery environment
Knowledge of modern Quality and Testing principles
Comfortable learning new technologies and systems
Basic knowledge of code versioning tools – w
