Accountabilities
Support medical information service delivery by responding to unsolicited requests from consumers, healthcare professionals, and other external customers.
Handle enquiries received through channels such as telephone, email, websites, letters, fax, and scientific meetings.
Provide accurate medical and safety information using approved product labeling, standard responses, published literature, and other authorized scientific resources.
Assist with preparing customized medical information responses while ensuring that content is accurate, clear, and compliant with applicable requirements.
Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, special situation events, and product complaints in accordance with applicable procedures.
