Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
As the General Manager – Plant Head at our tractor manufacturing facility, you will lead and oversee the comprehensive daily operations spanning production, maintenance, engineering support, safety protocols, regulatory compliance, distribution, and warehousing. Working closely with the Plant General Manager or senior leadership, you will ensure that manufacturing activities align with the company's strategic goals, producing cost-effective, high-quality products efficiently and within stringent safety and sanitation standards.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and executing operational strategies that enhance plant productivity and efficiency while ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.Leading continuous improvement initiatives by implementing advanced manufacturing practices, innovative technologies, and quality management systems to optimize operational performance.Directing the hiring, training, development, and performance management of plant personnel to build a skilled, motivated,
