This is a senior-level remote engineering opportunity within a fast-moving Web3 and decentralized finance environment.
You will take ownership of backend architecture, development, scalability, performance, and reliability.
The role focuses on building secure, production-grade systems that connect on-chain liquidity across blockchain ecosystems.
You will work closely with product, frontend, design, and engineering stakeholders to turn complex requirements into robust solutions.
A strong focus on the Stellar network makes this an excellent opportunity for engineers with hands-on blockchain experience.

Accountabilities




Lead and actively contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of backend systems and APIs.
Architect scalable, reliable, and secure backend solutions capable of supporting growing users, transactions, and evolving business requirements.
Develop production-grade services using TypeScript and Node.js within containerized environments.
Maintain high engineering standards through clean, readable, maintainable code, effective code reviews, and established development best practices.
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code, algorithms, data access, and backend services to improve system efficiency.
Implement monitoring, debugging, and observability capabilities to proactively identify issues and maintain high system availability.
Build and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites to ensure system reliability and resilience.
