Registration Website & Mobile App Build Specialist is a consultative technical resource responsible for crafting and building event websites and mobile apps that drive client success. In this client-facing role, you will lead strategic conversations with meeting planners and clients to understand their needs, then translate those requirements into intuitive, branded digital experiences. This is primarily a virtual position; however, we may transition to a hybrid model on occasion, asking the team to come into the office a couple of days per week.
What You’ll do
Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients via phone call and email
Manage all aspects of event website creation and maintenance:
Create online attendee registration websites in line with client branding




Consult with clients on design and functionality to ensure goals and objectives are met
Create reports based on event requirements and make them readily available to clients and internal teams
Manage all aspects of mobile app creation and maintenance:
Create and maintain mobile apps
Present solutions and offer best practices to help clients meet their goals and objectives
Be responsible for mobile application projects from kick-off to launch
Maintain high quality event website and mobile app delivery within specified SLA and internal processes
Provide advice, consultation, and training to clients based on industry best practices
Offer best-in-class technical support backed by timelines created specifically for each project
Communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders to strengthen relationships
Create and maintain templates based on client requirements
Partner with operations and account management
