Job Description:
The Accounting Manager will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the MEIAT Controller. The Accounting Manager will be a key leadership role within the India Global Capability Centre, responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that supports global technical accounting, financial reporting, accounting analytics, close operations, and controllership transformation initiatives. This role will partner closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A;, Tax, Treasury, FinOps, and regional controllership teams to ensure accurate, effective, and efficient accounting and reporting. The position will help elevate the India GCC from a transactional support model to a more strategic finance capability centre by combining deep U.S. GAAP technical accounting knowledge with data analytics, process excellence, automation, and business partnership. The ideal candidate will bring solid technical accounting experience, US public-company or Global Capabilities/Global Shared Service discipline, analytical mindset, project leadership skills,



and the ability to operate effectively across global teams and time zones. This role will be expected to own complex accounting analyses, develop scalable processes, identify risk areas, support audit readiness, and deliver actionable insights through data-driven analytics.
