Job Description Senior HR Executive – HR Operations & Employee Development

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, employee records, recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance tracking, training activities, and HR reporting.
The role requires solid ownership, follow-up ability, and the ability to complete HR activities with proper documentation and closure.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations
Manage employee records, attendance, leave, documentation, and HR trackers.
Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and joining follow-up.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, document verification, and role-clarity processes.
Maintain probation, confirmation, and performance-review records.
Coordinate employee training, skill development activities, and LMS updates.




Support employee grievance handling and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and compliance records.
Monitor HR processes, SOP adherence, and pending action closures.
Coordinate KPI tracking, employee improvement plans, and performance follow-ups.
Maintain exit documentation, employee engagement activities, and HR process improvements.
Provide timely HR updates and reports to management.

Required Skills:
HR Operations and Generalist experience.
Employee lifecycle management.
Recruitment coordination.
Attendance and leave management.
Performance review coordination.
Good documentation skills.
MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
HRMS and LMS handling ability.
Qualification
Preferred:
Any Degree Completion.
MBA HR / MSW HR / MHRM / PG Diploma in HR - Advanced advantage.
Experience:
3–5 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
