The Role
Using a growth mindset, the Microsoft Global Alliance Business Development Executive for Infrastructure Modernization will be responsible for:

• Developing programs, campaigns, content, enablement, and go-to-market initiatives that drive demand for Kyndryl’s services that modernize mission-critical infrastructure and their applications using Agentic AI and Microsoft Frontier Firm products and methodologies
• Engaging with Kyndryl account teams, regional alliance teams, sales, consulting, solutioning, practices,



and delivery organizations to drive pipeline generation and deal execution to achieve our quarterly and annual business objectives
• Fostering rich relationships with Microsoft’s go-to-market and partner organization to stimulate country/region level growth where mission-critical infrastructure opportunities are pervasive, inside Kyndryl’s customer base and the pursuit of current logo customers
• Working across Kyndryl and Microsoft’s extended partner ecosystems to generate differentiated value for our customers by combining the unique capabilities of Kyndryl + Microsoft + other partners that specialize in the modernization of these core systems or the applications that use them
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performing internal and external business development activities and executing partner co-sell strategies that drive substantial business results, coupled with a deep understanding of the Microsoft Clou
