What Does Success Look Like
We are looking for a Product Designer I who is early in their product design career and ready to grow in a rapid-paced enterprise software setting. This role is well suited for candidates with strong academic, internship,



campus placement, startup, SaaS, agency, bootcamp, freelance, or early professional product design experience. You will support the design of enterprise software experiences using Sprinklr’s design system, AI-first workflows, and emerging agentic design patterns. You will help create clear, trustworthy experiences where software can understand user intent, recommend next steps, and help users move from insight to action more efficiently. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and senior designers to create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that are intuitive and easy to use.
