Key Accountabilities
The Regulatory Adherence Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that the Operations team in DBS Bank is in full compliance with all applicable regulations. This role involves a deep understanding of regulatory requirements,



proactive identification and mitigation of compliance risks, and fostering a strong culture of adherence throughout Operations teams across Institutional, Consumer Banking and Financial Markets.
Job Duties & responsibilities
Perform independent assessment of adherence to existing regulations.
Monitor and analyse all new and amended regulations and regulatory guidelines issued by financial regulators (e.g., RBI, SEBI, IRDA, FIMMDA, FEDAI) and other relevant authorities (eg NSDL, CDSL).
Ensure that all new regulations are disseminated and assigned to the respective département heads in Operations for further assessment.
Collaborate with the various Operations teams to assess the impact of regulations and perform gap analysis.
Work with the Operations teams for relevant process enhancements and fixes and updation of the SOP documents wherever required.
