Responsibilities
Develop and execute relationship management strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention across assigned branch portfolio
Identify growth opportunities within existing customer base and cross-sell banking products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Monitor portfolio performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management




Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Participate in branch marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Support branch operations and contribute to overall customer experience excellence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualified qualification
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service in banking or financial services
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office applications
Knowledge of consumer banking products and services
Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel within assigned terr
