About the role
The HR Business Partner for HBS Capability Centers (HRBP – HBS, India & Malaysia)



will partner with senior leaders across both centers to deliver the people agenda in support of HBS business priorities. This is a dual role, based in Bangalore, with accountability for HR business partnering in the India and Malaysia Capability Centers, including providing leadership support to the Malaysia Capability Center as a member of the Malaysia Center Leadership Team.
The role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating center and functional priorities into integrated people plans that enable performance, engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness and long-term capability building. Operating in a global matrix environment, the role will collaborate closely with global HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence and local HR teams to deliver consistent, scalable and business-focused HR solutions across India and Malaysia.
