Why this role matters?
As a Senior Consultant, Engineering, you will support ERM’s global consulting delivery by leading the development of engineering solutions for process remediation projects.



You will work within the engineering team and partner with regional project managers, technical specialists, and clients to deliver complex remediation projects from planning through implementation. This role is critical to advancing technical excellence, mentoring junior engineers, driving delivery consistency, and supporting the successful execution of ERM’s global remediation portfolio.

What your impact is?
Lead the development and review of engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports for complex remediation projects.
Provide technical leadership during design, construction, startup, and operational phases to ensure projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives.
Manage and optimize remediation system performance through troubleshooting, process evaluation, and implementation of innovative design solutions.
