We are looking for an Assistant Accountant - Finance & Accounting to join our Finance team. This role is for India and UK operations and ideal for a detail-oriented accounting skilled who enjoys working with financial transactions, vendor management,



reconciliations, and compliance processes. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of financial transactions while supporting internal controls and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
▪ Manage vendor creation, vendor master maintenance, and vendor documentation in compliance with company policies.
▪ Verify, process, and post supplier invoices accurately and within established timelines.
▪ Handle daily payment batch processing, payment file preparation, and banking-related transactions.
▪ Share payment confirmations and resolve payment-related queries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
▪ Perform vendor, bank, and general ledger account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
▪ Review and process overseas Statements of Account (SOA) and coordinate with oversea
