Job Summary
We are looking for an SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of experience in SAP O2C processes. The ideal candidate should have robust functional expertise in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections, and FI-SD integration. The candidate will work closely with business users to understand business requirements, prepare functional design documents,



and provide application maintenance and production support for SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDs/FDDs).
Configure and support SAP Order-to-Cash business processes.
Provide Application Maintenance Support (AMS), including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production support.
Support SAP Billing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Collections processes.
Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, reports, and forms.
Perform functional testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly SAP Finance (FI), to ensure seamless FI-SD integration.
Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and end-user guides.
Support system enhancements, change requests, and continuous process improvements.
