This is a strategic HR prospect focused on strengthening employee engagement across a complex, multi-unit organization.
You’ll develop and execute an organization-wide engagement strategy while adapting initiatives to the needs of individual teams and locations.
The role combines employee listening, data analysis, leadership development, communications, and change management.
You’ll partner closely with senior leaders, HR teams, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn engagement insights into measurable action.
You’ll also shape survey programs, focus groups, reporting, and training resources that help leaders understand and improve employee experience.
The position offers significant influence, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

Accountabilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive, sustainable employee engagement strategy aligned with broader organizational priorities and objectives.
Partner with senior leaders, deans, HR directors, and service teams to establish clear connections between employee engagement and strategic business outcomes.
Design, coordinate, and evaluate employee engagement surveys in collaboration with HR partners, vendors, and organizational stakeholders.
Develop engagement metrics and reporting processes that enable the organization and individual units to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead employee focus groups and other listening initiatives to complement survey findings and develop a deeper understanding of employee needs.
