Summary of Role:
This position will report to the IAM Development Lead, Enterprise Identity Management within the Identity & Access Management organization. The chosen candidate will serve as a Lead Developer and Implementer for SailPoint IdentityIQ, providing hands-on technical leadership for the design, development, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise IAM solutions.



The role will focus primarily on SailPoint IdentityIQ, including custom application connectors, workflows, rules, provisioning, lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and integrations with enterprise applications and infrastructure.
The candidate will lead technical implementation activities across the IAM environment, provide guidance to development and implementation teams, and work closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, business stakeholders, and technology vendors. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting complex IAM issues, driving root-cause analysis, implementing approved enhancements, and ensuring solutions meet enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and SailPoint best-practice standards. This is a hands-on technical leadership position.
